Tania: I am a nature enthusiast who feels just as passionate about people and life itself as I do the planet. With a love for the stillness and beauty of nature came the understanding of the importance of mindfulness through some very difficult parts of my life where I learned how to take things one day—sometimes just one moment—at a time. Through this process, I came out on the other side able to live the healthier life that I enjoy today.
Every being has a purpose – an inspiration or feeling of motivation for doing what they feel compelled to do. Whether that stems from a fulfillment born out of struggle and hardship, or by simply trying several possibilities until it feels right.
After several difficult challenges, and the will to survive and thrive, I was led down a path of self-study and education of natural healing and plant medicine. As an unconventional thinker, I tapped into many parts of myself where I had triggered healing responses and took action to create the life I wanted. Being an activist and herbalist goes hand in hand for me, bringing my heart and mind into equal rhythm.
